We’ll print your digital images using a lavish 12 colour print process. Unlike other suppliers who use a low quality direct printing method onto the acrylic panel, the special photographic vinyl we use is skilfully bonded to the reverse of a 10mm super glossy cast clear Perspex panel with flame polished edges. Please note that the higher the quality of your image, the better quality the final print will be. Image files of 1mb size or greater will generally give the best results.

To upload a photo, please click on the "Start Your Order" button and our website upload area will guide you quickly and easily through the process.
If you would like us to reproduce a physical photo, please digitise your image using a scanner at a minimum of 300dpi resolution and ideally 600dpi for best results. Alternatively, you can post it to us on the address shown on the contact us for Acrylic Prints page with a brief note explaining what you would like us to produce.
Currently we only accept digital images in JPG or JPEG format to ensure speed and efficiency of upload. If you would like to use an alternative file format, please attach the image to the following email address and we will respond immediately: info@canvasprintsonline.com
The resolution quality from the majority of modern digital cameras will be suitable for digital canvas print reproduction. However, for best results, we highly recommend using a digital camera that is at least 2 megapixels. We utilize Fractal technology to enlarge images so we can obtain huge enlargements with minimal loss of detail.

No ! Unlike other suppliers who use a low quality direct printing method onto the acrylic panel, the special photographic vinyl we use is skilfully bonded to the reverse of a 10mm super glossy cast clear Perspex panel.
Yes. All our Acrylic is cut and manufactured 'in-house' in the UK using state-of-the-art CNC machining and direct-to-substrate print technologies.
Essentially nothing. Perspex is a good quality, manufactured brand of Acrylic. There are various other manufacturers of Acrylic.
Our Acrylic is 10mm (1cm) in thickness.
At Canvas Prints Online we are proud to be able to offer complete custom sizing up to a maximum continuous sheet size of 3000 x 1600mm (3 x 1.6m). If you cannot achieve your desired size using our online photo to Acrylic software please get in touch and we can process your order manually.
Ideally, the colours you see on your computer screen are what you will see in the print. However, this is rarely the case and the subject of colour management and colour space is vast and complex. As a general rule of thumb we recommend using sRGB.
It is a common misconception that if everyone uses the same colour profiles that our images will look the same on all devices and all printers. Although the same colour profile might be in use across different devices not all device components are the same. For example; different monitors are made with different components, and different printer manufacturers use completely different ink technologies. There are also differences in the light and colour of your viewing environment. So there will always be variations in colour.
At Canvas Prints Online we are confident at getting good results. However, if colour reproduction is super critical, we recommend sending a hard copy image for us to colour match to.
Canvas Prints Online finish our Acrylic Prints with flame polished edges which results in higher quality appearance. Acrylic flame polishing yields the highest quality professional finish available. It is perfect for creating flawless edges yielding perfectly clear edges without introducing contaminants or discoloration.
