To check the specification with a site just ask them the following questions:
1) Do they print onto cotton canvas? - If not then the chances are they will be printing onto polyester which is cheaper, thinner and slightly plastic looking
2) Do they stretch their canvas prints over a traditional 4 piece frame with mitred joints and wedges in the back to help keep the canvas taught. - If not then they are likely making the frame out of one piece of glued wood or worse still sticking the canvas to a chunk of wood! Canvas is a natural fibre and will stretch and sag in different environments and humidity . Our frames can be retightened at any time by tapping the back wedges of the frame but be aware that the only way to ever retighten a canvas over a glued one piece frame would be to take it completely off the frame and then re-stretch it!
3) Do they laminate their canvases? - We coat our canvas prints with an archival laminate that both protects the canvas and lifts the colours of the print for the best quality finish available bar none. Other companies don't bother to fix/laminate their prints and as a result they scuff/scratch easily and will probably crack around the edges.. Some people spray their prints with a fixing coat. Again this just stops the print getting damaged and doesn't create rich colours or a professional finish. We are artists and only use the best materials for your canvas prints to produce the best finish possible.
We aim to deliver all items within 3-4 working days of receiving a confirmed order. Deliveries will be made from 9am - 5.30pm, so if you are not in during the day, it might be easier to have your canvas print delivered to your work address.
Standard delivery within the U.K mainland is £9.99.
The £9.99 delivery charge is a one-off charge no matter how many canvas prints you order. If you are interested in purchasing more than one canvas print, just continue shopping before entering any payment details and all of your items will be delivered together.

Uploading a photo couldn't be easier, simply click upload your image and our wizard will guide you quickly and easily through the process.
All photographs should have been taken using a digital camera of at least 4 mega-pixels. Your images should be saved as a jpeg file – this is set up automatically on most digital cameras, so it shouldn’t be a problem.
It depends how many mega pixels your mobile phone has and what model it is. We recommend that you send us the image and somebody from our design team will check the quality and respond immediately. If you choose one of our funky styles or backgrounds please make an order as usual through our website. The style or background will not be shown on the image preview when you order. Our design team will meticulously remove all red eye and date stamps totally free of charge. You can decide how to crop your image after you have uploaded it to the website. At this stage you will be taken to our user friendly editing suit where you are able to position and crop your image.

Payment's are taken through the PayPal and Sage Pay systems. Once you have uploaded your image and are ready to make an order please click on the PayPal icon on the order confirmation page. If you have an existing PayPal account simply enter your login details and click Pay Now, you will then be re directed back to the Canvas Prints online site to a final confirmation stage. If you don't have an existing paypal account it's very simple to set one up, simply click on the 'Sign up for a PayPal account and continue checkout' link in the payment screen. PayPal is used on the vast majority of payment sites throughout the Internet so it's very useful to have an account.

Hanging your canvas is easy. We have included a fitting that enables you to simply rest your canvas on a nail or a screw in your wall. This will prevent any gaps in between so your canvas will hang perfectly to the wall. Or you can simply hang the canvas on a nail in your wall, resting the frame firmly in place.
